Cara Stronsky is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and the founder of Rising Sunlight. She began her counseling career in 2020 and has worked in both private practice and high school settings. Cara specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, where she helps clients identify, examine, and empathize with the parts of themselves that are causing distress and to rediscover and honor their true self moving forward. This work leads to increased, lasting confidence and a greater sense of self.
