While my background is in school counseling, my work in private practice has sparked a new passion: supporting adults through their own complex, ever-evolving journeys. Everyone has a unique story, and I am here to help you make sense of your past and envision a brighter future.

I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) along with a variety of other modalities to support clients on their journey. My belief is that we all have different parts that make up our being and that each part has a purpose, even if it sometimes causes us pain. Rather than trying to hide or banish these parts, I help clients understand them, heal the wounds underneath, and build a stronger connection to their true self. I help clients reconnect with their bodies through the use of somatic therapy, cultivating deeper awareness and integration. This approach honors both the emotional and physical wisdom of the body, supporting healing from the inside out.
