Cara Stronsky, LCPC
Cara Stronsky is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the founder of Rising Sunlight Counseling. She provides individual therapy for adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, work-life balance concerns, and low self-esteem. Cara primarily utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy/parts work and values authenticity, connection, and humor in the therapeutic space. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Laura Figueroa, LSW
Laura Figueroa is a Licensed Social Worker with over 8 years of experience in social service agencies supporting clients throughout Lake County. She specializes in working with survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, and immigration-related trauma as well as with adolescents and adult women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and healing journeys. Laura’s approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and centered in empowerment and advocacy. Laura provides therapy in both English and Spanish.
